💼 About This Role

You'll provide virtual Medical Nutrition Therapy and Diabetes Self Management Education to support lasting behavior change for patients managing obesity and related conditions. Working with Vida's coordinated care team, you'll help break down barriers to effective healthcare. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to impact patient lives through evidence-based treatment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a panel of clients with chronic cardiometabolic conditions
• Communicate via video calls, telephone, and electronic messaging
• Provide Diabetes Self Management Education and Medical Nutrition Therapy
• Collaborate with coordinated care team for best-in-class member experience

📋 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian credential through Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
• 3 years clinical or community setting experience preferred
• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in dietetics or related field
• Available for 10 hours/week commitment
