You'll lead and scale the global recruiting function at a leading market research firm. You'll architect a strategic, metrics-driven hiring engine and partner with senior leadership on workforce planning. You'll design the future-state TA org structure and build a proactive sourcing capability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing recruiting team
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and critical hires
• Build and scale an internal sourcing function from scratch
• Own and optimize ATS strategy and implement recruiting technology

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience
• 3+ years leading recruiting teams in high-growth environments
• Experience hiring across technical, sales/GTM, and finance roles
• Experience building an internal sourcing function
