You'll lead Fresha's growth in Germany and the DACH region, building and scaling a high-performing local team. Your core impact will be driving commercial activities and executing the regional go-to-market strategy. This role offers significant ownership and the chance to shape the company's expansion in a key market.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and scale a high-performing local team from the ground up
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage and optimize the sales funnel and pipeline
- Establish partnerships with strategic salon chains and multi-site operators
๐ Requirements
- Strong B2B commercial leadership experience in SaaS or related
- Proven track record managing teams across multiple locations
- Experience managing Pre-sales, Inside Sales, and Account Management
- Highly entrepreneurial with the ability to start from scratch
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in the beauty or wellness industry
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Fluency in English and German
