You'll lead Fresha's growth in Germany and the DACH region, building and scaling a high-performing local team. Your core impact will be driving commercial activities and executing the regional go-to-market strategy.   • Build and scale a high-performing local team from the ground up
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Manage and optimize the sales funnel and pipeline
  • Establish partnerships with strategic salon chains and multi-site operators

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Strong B2B commercial leadership experience in SaaS or related
  • Proven track record managing teams across multiple locations
  • Experience managing Pre-sales, Inside Sales, and Account Management
  • Highly entrepreneurial with the ability to start from scratch

  • Experience in the beauty or wellness industry
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Fluency in English and German
