Description

As a Private Debt Intern at StepStone Group, you will support business development, client servicing, and portfolio management tasks. You'll prepare presentations, respond to RFPs and client inquiries, assist with portfolio analysis, and contribute to communications. This internship offers exposure to various teams and a steep learning curve in private debt.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, or related field
• Highly motivated self-starter with initiative and adaptability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support business development, client servicing, and portfolio management
• Prepare and update presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials
• Coordinate responses to RFPs, DDQs, and client inquiries
• Assist with portfolio analysis, monitoring, and performance reviews
• Contribute to internal and external communications and documentation
