π― What You'll Do
- Coordinate and assign tasks to paralegals across large arbitration dockets.
- Manage all phases of arbitration matters from demand to post-award.
- Prepare and file arbitration demands with forums like AAA and JAMS.
- Track high-volume filings, deadlines, and procedural requirements.
- Support hearing preparation, including exhibits and logistics.
π Requirements
- 6+ years of paralegal experience required.
- Significant experience supporting arbitration matters, preferably high-volume or mass arbitration.
- Experience managing complex case workflows across multiple jurisdictions or forums.
- Experience mentoring and training junior legal support staff.

- Familiarity with California court rules and procedures.
- Experience with arbitration platforms (AAA, JAMS) and high-volume filing systems.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
