  • Coordinate and assign tasks to paralegals across large arbitration dockets.
  • Manage all phases of arbitration matters from demand to post-award.
  • Prepare and file arbitration demands with forums like AAA and JAMS.
  • Track high-volume filings, deadlines, and procedural requirements.
  • Support hearing preparation, including exhibits and logistics.

  • 6+ years of paralegal experience required.
  • Significant experience supporting arbitration matters, preferably high-volume or mass arbitration.
  • Experience managing complex case workflows across multiple jurisdictions or forums.
  • Experience mentoring and training junior legal support staff.
