💼 About This Role

You'll manage day-to-day accounts payable operations for a fast-growing children's book company. You'll ensure accurate vendor payments and reconciliations while supporting cross-functional teams and scaling processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable including invoice processing and approvals
• Prepare vendor reconciliations and update underlying systems
• Assist with cash forecasting and monthly close accruals
• Process annual 1099 reporting in compliance with IRS regulations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable or similar role experience
• Proficiency in Tipalti, Ramp, or Oracle NetSuite
• Experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
