Description

You will lead a team of data scientists and AI engineers to develop and deploy AI models for National Security customers, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Engineering to deliver high-quality features. You'll work directly with clients to understand their challenges and push the boundaries of machine learning to provide clear value.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience building and deploying ML or LLM-powered systems in production
• Minimum 2 years experience leading or mentoring engineering teams in production
• Advanced software skills in Python and experience with AWS

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of forward-deployed data scientists, AI engineers, and MLE engineers
• Organize complex AI/ML/DS work for multiple clients across various science cases
• Establish coding, testing, and AI coding best practices and standards
• Oversee AI development for practical use cases and maintain high standards of deliverables
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
