📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of industry experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years in engineering management
• Track record of strong partnership with design and product leadership
• Expertise in setting 1-2 year technical strategies and roadmaps
• Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments
