You'll provide 1:1 behavior-analytic services to children with autism using a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming model. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to build skills that translate across home, school, and community settings. Fully paid BCAT certification included.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start
• Reliable transportation to travel within 30-40 minute radius
