💼 About This Role

You'll lead transmission strategy engagements for utilities, structuring problems and owning client leadership. You'll drive business case development, portfolio prioritization, and KPI frameworks for transmission buildout. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams and align executive stakeholders across ISO/RTO, regulators, and community partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead delivery of client work through modeling, presentations, and report writing
• Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards for transmission buildout tracking
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment across utilities, ISO/RTO, regulators, and communities
• Map current operating model and recommend organizational changes

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in energy-related field with electric power sector focus
• Master's degree or PhD in engineering, economics, or related field
• Subject matter expertise in electric transmission development or planning
• Project management experience leading collaborative project efforts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with transmission modeling platforms like PLEXOS, Gridview, or PROMOD
• Past experience working directly with utilities
• Programming knowledge and experience
