Description

You will lead the Trading engineering organization at Robinhood, shaping strategy and delivering high-quality financial products in equities, options, and margins. You'll build and scale teams, mentor leaders, and partner cross-functionally to democratize finance.

Requirements

• 6+ years as engineering leader, managing managers and large organizations (50+ engineers)
• Demonstrated success scaling engineering organizations and launching critical systems
• Strong technical foundation in architecture and systems-level decisions
• Background in distributed systems and building full-stack teams
• Proven ability to evaluate and grow leadership talent

Responsibilities

• Define technical and organizational strategy for Trading business
• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams
• Mentor engineers and managers through feedback and career development
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Operations, Legal, Compliance
• Create and improve processes for project execution and scalability
