💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Engineering to deploy ML and Gen-AI models that improve issue discovery and triage efficiency. You'll serve as the key link between AI/ML development and operational execution, defining policies and SOPs. Your work will directly support Waymo's international expansion into Tokyo and London.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and test ML/Gen-AI models for issue detection and triage.
• Proactively identify emerging on-road issue trends using AI insights.
• Define and document SOPs integrating AI into vendor workflows.
• Implement quality control for human and AI-generated outputs.
• Act as SME for technical policies in new market Tokyo.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with ML/Gen-AI model deployment and testing.
• Ability to define and document technical policies and SOPs.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven issue discovery.
