💼 About This Role

You'll prepare to lead a fast-paced bakery store as part of a nationally recognized company. You'll develop skills in team supervision, inventory management, and customer service while working in a fun environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members
• Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training
• Support Store Ops Manager with ordering and inventory control

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
• Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
• Ability to work 4-5 day work week including mid-to-late shifts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Upselling and customer service excellence
