💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full finance function across UK, Greece, and US offices for a high-growth AI-powered biomedical platform. You will own FP&A, strategic modeling, and board reporting while driving commercial partnership with sales and customer success. This role directly supports the COO in fundraising and scaling the business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the three-statement financial model and long-range plan
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling quarterly forecasts
• Produce monthly board-ready reporting packs with variance analysis
• Oversee management accounts, month-end close, and statutory reporting

📋 Requirements

• Experience managing finance across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions
• Significant FP&A experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS or tech company
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong command of SaaS metrics and unit economics
