🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to members
• Apply structured coaching methodologies for career navigation
• Engage in continuous coach development and training
• Maintain communication with members via platform messaging

📋 Requirements

• 20+ years as General Counsel or senior legal executive in tech environments
• Proven leadership managing legal teams in complex organizations
• Prior experience mentoring or coaching professionals
• Ability to commit 3-5 hours per week for 24+ months
