💼 About This Role

You'll own ANNA's finance function end-to-end, including accounting, FP&A, and strategic analysis for a mission-driven autism care startup. Your work will directly enable fast growth while maintaining clean financial operations and strategic insight for leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own month-end close in QuickBooks with journal entries and reconciliations
• Manage AP via Ramp and payroll via Rippling
• Produce monthly management reporting package with variance commentary
• Build financial models for new center openings and strategic decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of finance/accounting experience with both accounting and FP&A
• QuickBooks proficiency required
• Advanced Excel skills and model building from scratch
• English fluency and ability to work US Eastern hours

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health
• Familiarity with US healthcare billing and RCM
• CPA or equivalent designation
