You'll provide evidence-based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness, working as part of a multidisciplinary ACCS team. Your core impact is helping clients develop skills and achieve their recovery goals through person-centered support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide interventions focusing on problem solving and modeling behavior
• Assist team with ongoing assessments of client symptoms and responses
• Support clients in developing rehabilitation and recovery goals
• Assist with transportation to work sites, activities, and appointments

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field
• Experience working with adults with mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
