You'll own end-to-end clinical recruitment for Sailor Health, a platform solving the mental health crisis among older adults. Your work will directly scale our team of therapists and ensure a 5-star clinician experience throughout their hiring journey. This role offers the opportunity to launch recruitment for new specialties and innovate on systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end clinician recruitment from sourcing to offer
• Attract and identify exceptional clinical talent with high EQ
• Manage recruitment pipelines and build new channels on Ashby
• Launch clinical recruitment for new specialties and create job descriptions

📋 Requirements

• Relationship-building skills and deep empathy for therapists
• Experience in clinical recruiting including sourcing and interviewing
• Proficiency with Ashby or similar ATS platforms
• Ability to use metrics to guide decisions and improve processes
