You'll partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to help customers embed user research into their product development process. You'll lead customer-facing conversations and enable scalable research workflows. This role offers the chance to shape the future of a fast-growing Series B company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams on customer engagements
• Lead customer-facing conversations including discovery calls and workshops
• Help customers establish scalable research workflows
• Consult on UX Research best practices and research operations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX Research or Research Operations
• Experience working with cross-functional product teams
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events

• Familiarity with UX Research, Design, and Product tools
• Expertise in research operations or scaling research programs
• Experience at a SaaS or product-led technology company
