You'll coordinate maintenance and troubleshoot production equipment for HelloFresh in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You'll ensure safety, perform preventive repairs, and train new hires. This role offers a 4-day workweek and shift premiums.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and building systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Coordinate with contractors and manage spare parts inventory
• Train and oversee maintenance associates

📋 Requirements

• Post-secondary in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years facilities maintenance experience
• 1+ year in food processing or manufacturing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated environment
