Description

You will support the facility maintenance request system, manage property maintenance programs, and act as a liaison between employees, vendors, and landlords. You'll assist with invoicing, budgeting, and cost tracking, partner with vendors to ensure service standards, and identify process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in facilities or business administration
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and oral
  • Strong Google Suite skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Support facility maintenance request system for assigned portfolio
  • Manage property maintenance programs and site responsibilities
  • Develop relationships as liaison between employees, vendors, and landlords
  • Assist with invoicing, annual maintenance budgeting, and cost tracking
  • Partner with vendors to ensure service delivery per contracts; document and escalate poor performance
