Description
You will support the facility maintenance request system, manage property maintenance programs, and act as a liaison between employees, vendors, and landlords. You'll assist with invoicing, budgeting, and cost tracking, partner with vendors to ensure service standards, and identify process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in facilities or business administration
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and oral
- Strong Google Suite skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Support facility maintenance request system for assigned portfolio
- Manage property maintenance programs and site responsibilities
- Develop relationships as liaison between employees, vendors, and landlords
- Assist with invoicing, annual maintenance budgeting, and cost tracking
- Partner with vendors to ensure service delivery per contracts; document and escalate poor performance
