💼 About This Role

You'll join the Coal Division at Elk Valley Resources for a September 2026 co-op. You'll collaborate with engineering and operations to develop mine plans and contribute to drilling, blasting, and surveying. This role offers hands-on experience in a breathtaking outdoor environment with mentorship from seasoned specialists.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in health and safety programs and policies.
• Collaborate on daily, weekly, and monthly mine operations plans.
• Work on mine planning, design, and production scheduling.
• Assist with drilling, blasting, surveying, and geotechnical evaluations.

📋 Requirements

• Working towards an Undergraduate degree in Mining/Mineral Resource Engineering.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License without learner restrictions.
• Ability to operate vehicles in various weather and terrain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
