You'll drive the golden path for ML development at Waymo, leading cross-functional execution to reduce friction and improve reliability in the inner loop. You will bridge ML and infrastructure teams to resolve systemic blockers and ensure smooth day-to-day reliability operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive the golden path for ML development, targeting friction reduction.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the reliability triage ecosystem.
• Bridge ML and infra teams to resolve blockers in core workflows.
• Track project progress, risks, and KPIs for leadership reporting.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• Proven track record with machine learning infrastructure or SRE.
• Experience owning programs end-to-end with multiple senior stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ML observability and root-causing production pipelines.
• Background in multi-petabyte scale data management.
• Familiarity with contract-based reliability models.
• Experience building developer platforms or golden path tooling.
