You'll perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on Mainspring Linear Generators at customer sites in the Bakersfield region. Your work will directly impact system uptime and customer satisfaction for a revolutionary power generation technology. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on generator components
• Collaborate with engineers to fix and redesign assemblies
• Conduct mechanical inspections and document conditions
• Work rotational on-call shifts for customer support

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of mechanical assembly and repair experience
• Precision measurement skills to .001" using micrometers and gauges
• Torque wrench and torque specification experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs

• Experience with automotive, aviation, or heavy equipment
• Google Workspace proficiency
• Class A Commercial Driver's License
