You'll guide public sector customers through deploying Samsara's IoT platform, ensuring they achieve quick time to value. You'll manage launch plans, track adoption, and run training sessions. This role requires exceptional customer-facing skills and involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage deployment of Samsara IoT platform for large-scale public sector customers
• Create launch plans and roadmap to increase product usage
• Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health
• Run training sessions and demonstrate technology to executives and users

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
• Experience supporting or working with technical products
• Proven consultative skills with end-to-end system implementations
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
