🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute enterprise account strategies for business growth
• Manage complex stakeholder negotiations and high-stakes projects
• Design and oversee integrated SaaS, BPO, and AI solutions
• Coach team members through 1-on-1s and case reviews

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of CS/consulting/SI experience with 1,000+ employee enterprises
• Experience in client-facing project management and requirements definition
• Ability to structure complex problems and drive cross-functional solutions
• 2+ years leading a team of 2-5 members or startup experience
