💼 About This Role

You'll drive growth and manage high-value institutional client relationships for Anchorage Digital's stablecoin solutions in Latin America. You'll originate and close opportunities, cross-sell products, and build long-term trusted partnerships with financial institutions. This role offers the chance to shape the region's digital asset strategy at a federally chartered crypto bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate and close stablecoin deals with financial institutions in Latin America.
• Develop account plans and maintain a robust CRM pipeline.
• Cross-sell custody, staking, trading, and other products.
• Serve as trusted advisor and resolve client issues creatively.

📋 Requirements

• Direct industry experience in financial services (bank, payment provider, clearing network).
• Strong technical knowledge of stablecoins and banking.
• Fluent command of English and regional language(s).
• Proven sales acumen and executive presence.

✨ Nice to Have

• 8+ years in B2B institutional sales or relationship management.
• Experience with digital assets and/or SaaS.
• Strong network of institutional financial clients.
