💼 About This Role

You'll lead and modernize the People Analytics function, building scalable systems that drive talent strategy and workforce planning. You'll translate complex data into clear recommendations, directly shaping decisions across the employee lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Independently lead and modernize People Analytics, automating manual reporting into insight-driven systems.
• Design and maintain executive-ready dashboards and leading indicators for strategic decision-making.
• Own end-to-end workforce analytics including turnover, org design, succession, and compensation analysis.
• Lead the culture survey program, connecting engagement insights to measurable business outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in people analytics or business analytics within a mid-to-large scale organization.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python with data warehouse experience.
• Experience building executive dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Advanced analytical capability including cohort analysis and turnover modeling.

• Experience running engagement or culture surveys end-to-end.
• Integration of AI and automation tools into analytics workflows.
