You'll support Inter's Compliance Program focusing on ethics and conduct. Your work will ensure regulatory adherence and strengthen internal governance through prevention, detection, and response activities. Join a team that shapes the future of digital banking in Brazil.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain the compliance program in prevention, detection, and response pillars.
• Conduct third-party due diligence for compliance risk assessment.
• Manage internal normative documents and update them as needed.
• Support the Ethics Channel and conduct compliance monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• 1-4 years of experience in compliance.
• Knowledge of anti-corruption laws (Brazilian, LGPD, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, DOJ).
• Advanced English proficiency.

• CPC-A or CPC-F certification.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Experience in regulated or auditable environments.
