💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions team in Austin, TX to perform maintenance and repair on pump, power, and HVAC equipment. You'll use proprietary T3 technology to diagnose issues and streamline workflows. This role offers year-round OEM training and career growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators and HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at shop and customer locations
• Use technology (laptops and tablets) to create and monitor work orders
• Assist in training lower level technicians

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Experience working on power generators or commercial HVAC equipment
• Must own tools applicable to position
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA 608 certification (or ability to obtain within 6-12 months)
• Trade school certificate
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
