💼 About This Role

You'll own ruggedized hardware design for autonomous defense platforms from concept to production. Your work will directly impact U.S. military capabilities with cutting-edge AI and sensor technology. This role offers the chance to rapidly prototype and scale designs for extreme environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead concept-to-production hardware design under condensed timelines.
• Design and execute hardware test plans for harsh environments.
• Build prototypes of complex electromechanical systems.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to transition designs into production.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of mechanical/electromechanical design experience in a professional setting.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3D CAD proficiency and ability to apply GD&T for engineering drawings.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NX/Teamcenter.
• Advanced degree (M.Eng, MS, PhD) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience developing ruggedized electromechanical assemblies for automotive, space, or military applications.
