💼 About This Role

You'll fill in for preschool and daycare teachers on leave, providing a safe and engaging learning experience. You'll work flexible shifts up to 8 hours between 6 AM and 6 PM, with competitive hourly pay and bonuses up to $250. This role offers flexible scheduling and location choices in Shallotte, NC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Fill in for teachers on leave due to vacation, illness, or personal matters
• Engage children in educational games, arts, crafts, music, and outdoor play
• Communicate with families about their child’s day and progress
• Complete training and onboarding process with Wonderschool

📋 Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Experience in child care, teaching, or working with children ages 0-5
• Able to pass a state background check and complete a TB test/physical
• Have a high school diploma, CDA credential, ECE degree, or 1+ years childcare experience
