You'll join the Customer Success team to empower traders with seamless support and proactive solutions. You'll bridge the gap between users and our products, ensuring an exceptional trading experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate user feedback and improve product experience.
π― What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality support via official channels.
- Communicate empathetically to resolve user issues.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams.
- Educate users on features, updates, and security best practices.
π Requirements
- 2+ years in Customer Support, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading platforms and user needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, or community platforms.
