You'll work closely with the CTO and data science team to drive AI-powered features that modernize the animal health industry. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and select AI models for product needs
• Design evaluation frameworks and configure observability for AI performance
• Collaborate with data science to fine-tune AI models
• Develop and maintain AI-powered features using Python

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in software development with production applications
• Strong knowledge of AI models, agent SDKs, and fine-tuning
• Strong engineering fundamentals with back-end technologies
• Ability to design features around data models with accuracy and performance
