💼 About This Role

You'll design scalable AWS contact center solutions and support pre-sales, building customer-facing demonstrations and reusable technical assets. Your work will enable delivery teams with best practices and accelerators for cloud-based contact center transformations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop technical solutions and architecture diagrams for proposals
• Build customer-facing demonstrations and proofs of concept
• Create reusable demo environments and technical accelerators
• Produce technical documentation and best-practice materials

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical pre-sales or contact center consulting
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
• Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect or Developer)
• Experience with CTI integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience building enterprise-level demos and PoCs
