🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform ear piercing procedures with clinical care
• Lead and coach studio staff to meet sales targets
• Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license
• 3-5 years of retail management experience
• Proven ability to drive sales and optimize profitability
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

• Knowledge of piercing health regulations
• Proficiency in Google Suite
