💼 About This Role

You'll join BRICK Gateway Academy to provide speech and language services for a K-12 school, partnering with staff and families to support student growth and development. You'll design research-based interventions and collaborate with ecosystem partners to ensure comprehensive wraparound support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with teachers and families on student progress.
• Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• New Jersey state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• At least 2 years of experience working with school-age children

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC)
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
• Familiarity with IEP and 504 plan processes
