🎯 What You'll Do

• Process semi-monthly payroll for 320+ employees across multiple states.
• Reconcile payroll to benefit invoices and general ledger.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Deliver new hire orientation presentations on payroll and timekeeping.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle payroll processing experience.
• Experience in payroll reconciliation and audit support.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and payroll systems.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations.
