🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee, coach, and manage performance of PCRX clinical staff
• Develop and maintain standardized workflows and policies
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Own onboarding, training, and competency validation for staff

📋 Requirements

• Clinical background in care management or similar healthcare operations
• 2+ years of clinical leadership or people-management experience
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and quality management
• Ability to standardize processes and lead operational change

• Experience managing pharmacy-adjacent or medication-focused clinical programs
• Experience scaling clinical operations or maturing start-up models
