💼 About This Role

You'll support the MLRO in ensuring compliance with Indian AML laws for Binance's crypto exchange operations. You will perform AML risk assessments and design 2nd line of defense controls tailored to the Indian market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support MLRO in ensuring AML compliance with Indian regulations
• Perform AML risk assessments for Binance's India operations
• Design and implement 2nd line of defense AML controls
• Liaise with FIU-IND and law enforcement authorities

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in similar financial services role
• Strong knowledge of Indian banking and AML laws
• Experience with FIU-IND and domestic law enforcement
• Self-starter with accountability

• FinTech experience
• Crypto industry experience
