💼 About This Role

You'll support our CMO in executing and optimizing high-volume paid acquisition channels. Your core impact will be scaling campaigns from 50M to 100M users while maintaining cost targets. You'll get hands-on experience with the full user acquisition lifecycle and direct mentorship from senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google
• Monitor funnel performance using Voluum and GA4
• Prepare ad concepts and set up audience tests
• Organize performance data for weekly reviews

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of performance marketing or user acquisition experience
• Familiarity with major ad platforms like Meta, TikTok, or Google
• Ability to quickly learn new software and dashboards
• Strong analytical skills with data/Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA)
• Familiarity with GA4 or Voluum
• Experience in regulated verticals like dating or femtech
