You'll deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in Clinton County. You'll help patients restore strength and mobility while benefiting from flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home PT services to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery and preventive care

📋 Requirements

• Active physical therapy license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
