Description

You will design and scale the operating system behind ComplyAdvantage's global go-to-market strategy, bridging GTM strategy, execution, and data to drive predictable, efficient growth across regions, products, and customer segments. You'll build a world-class RevOps function, aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product while enhancing forecasting accuracy and sales efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in SaaS RevOps or GTM strategy, ideally at $100M+ ARR scale
  • Proven experience scaling global teams and optimizing cross-functional GTM systems
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS models (PLG, SLG, channel) and full customer lifecycle
  • Mastery of Salesforce, BI tools, and structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC)
  • Strategic mindset, fast decision-maker, confident executive communicator

Responsibilities

  • Partner with execs to shape long-term GTM strategy, TAM/ICP, and customer journey
  • Drive quarterly GTM initiatives and eliminate bottlenecks across the funnel
  • Govern end-to-end revenue data, build actionable dashboards, deliver strategic insights
  • Own and optimize GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) with focus on AI and automation
  • Run high-impact Deal Desk and build a resilient, global RevOps team
