You'll work directly with enterprise customers to deploy OpenTelemetry instrumentation and build custom integrations. Your core impact is troubleshooting complex distributed systems and feeding product insights back to Engineering. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of engineering and customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work directly with enterprise customers to deploy OpenTelemetry instrumentation.
• Build custom integrations, dashboards, and tooling.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems and Kubernetes clusters.
• Lead proof-of-concept engagements and technical onboarding for strategic accounts.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, SRE, or customer-facing engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native infrastructure, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with observability concepts (metrics, traces, logs) and OpenTelemetry.
• Ability to write production-quality code in Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with observability platforms (Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana).
• Contributions to open-source projects, particularly in the CNCF ecosystem.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry collector configuration and telemetry pipeline design.
