You'll support JetBrains' strategic accounts in the US by researching customer organizations, coordinating outreach and engagement activities, and maintaining account data. Your work helps improve account visibility and foster long-term collaboration with customers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Development, Sales Development, or similar role
  • Experience supporting outreach, prospecting, or meeting coordination in B2B environment
  • Strong organizational and research skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and outreach or prospecting tools
  • Clear and thoughtful written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers with outreach and engagement across strategic accounts
  • Research customer organizations to identify developers, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers
  • Maintain and update account information in Salesforce and other systems
  • Coordinate customer participation in events, briefings, and feedback programs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and technical teams to support customer engagement
