💼 About This Role

You'll own the visual system for an engineering-first AI company and ship creative for product launches, conferences, and campaigns. Your core impact is scaling a brand from one designer to a system that non-designers can ship against. This is an in-house, build-the-system role at a well-funded startup with Fortune 500 customers like DoorDash.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce launch and campaign creative including hero assets and derivatives
• Build and maintain brand system components, guidelines, and tokens
• Create sales decks, recruiting collateral, and executive keynote visuals
• Ensure brand consistency across web, social, and partner-facing materials

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of brand design experience in-house or agency
• Proven track record of building brand systems that scale beyond one designer
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and AI image/video tools
• Portfolio demonstrating editorial, industrial, and technical range

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at engineering-led companies like Vercel, Linear, Stripe, or Figma
• Editorial or print design background transitioning into tech
• Familiarity with crypto/web3 or fast-moving online ecosystems
