πΌ About This Role
You'll structure the customer success journey for mid-market clients, defining engagement rituals and scaling care without losing quality. You'll work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and have the chance to build processes from scratch.
π― What You'll Do
- Map client needs along the journey to ensure they achieve their goals.
- Optimize engagement, retention, and revenue expansion strategies.
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market clients as main point of contact.
- Co-build CS processes, playbooks, and rituals for the mid-market vertical.
π Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success or commercial roles with portfolio management.
- Experience with CS metrics: retention, churn, NRR, engagement.
- Consultative approach and strong rapport ability.
- Familiarity with technology and AI in daily work.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM, especially HubSpot.
- Experience in SaaS or e-commerce/logistics platforms.
- Experience structuring CS processes or playbooks.
