Description

You will deliver high-quality CT imaging services to patients at our New York City clinic on a per diem basis. This role offers the opportunity to cross-train in other modalities like DEXA and MRI, with potential for future full-time employment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CT Technologist
• Familiarity with GE and Canon CT equipment
• Active ARRT certification
• Knowledge of anatomy, biology, chemistry, and IV administration
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician orders for CT procedures
• Explain procedures and contrast media to patients
• Prepare and position patients for CT scans
• Administer IV contrast dyes to enhance imaging
• Document patient info and procedure details in EMR
