💼 About This Role
You'll manage relationships with Carta's largest strategic customers, driving product adoption and long-term success through regular in-person engagement and tailored project plans. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on product roadmaps and reduce churn, leading renewals and identifying opportunities for deeper product use.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and own relationships with largest strategic customers
- Create and manage tailored project plans with customers
- Lead customers through renewal process and negotiations
- Monitor product usage and engagement trends
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years client-facing experience
- Experience in venture capital, private equity, or accounting
- Proven ability to build and manage customer account relationships
- Strong customer success skills and ability to work through difficult conversations
