💼 About This Role

You'll manage relationships with Carta's largest strategic customers, driving product adoption and long-term success through regular in-person engagement and tailored project plans. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on product roadmaps and reduce churn, leading renewals and identifying opportunities for deeper product use.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and own relationships with largest strategic customers
  • Create and manage tailored project plans with customers
  • Lead customers through renewal process and negotiations
  • Monitor product usage and engagement trends

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years client-facing experience
  • Experience in venture capital, private equity, or accounting
  • Proven ability to build and manage customer account relationships
  • Strong customer success skills and ability to work through difficult conversations
