💼 About This Role

You'll lead VML's India talent acquisition strategy, driving high-volume hiring across functions. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, building pipelines for experienced and campus talent. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, reporting directly to the CPO.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for India operations.
  • Actively participate in hands-on delivery of high-priority hiring requirements.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with senior leaders across India, APAC, and EMEA.
  • Manage process improvement and change management initiatives across TA functions.

📋 Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Head of Talent creating structures and strategies for high-volume recruitment.
  • Significant experience managing and developing large Talent Acquisition teams of up to 20 professionals.
  • Proven track record in proactive sourcing strategies for volume, niche, and campus recruitment.
  • Experience working with senior leaders across diverse functions and global geographies including APAC and EMEA.

  • Experience in a Global Capability Centre (GCC) or prominent IT/Digital Services consultancy in India.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven recruitment technologies and automation tools.
