💼 About This Role
You'll lead VML's India talent acquisition strategy, driving high-volume hiring across functions. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, building pipelines for experienced and campus talent. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, reporting directly to the CPO.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define and execute the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for India operations.
- Actively participate in hands-on delivery of high-priority hiring requirements.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with senior leaders across India, APAC, and EMEA.
- Manage process improvement and change management initiatives across TA functions.
📋 Requirements
- Prior experience as a Head of Talent creating structures and strategies for high-volume recruitment.
- Significant experience managing and developing large Talent Acquisition teams of up to 20 professionals.
- Proven track record in proactive sourcing strategies for volume, niche, and campus recruitment.
- Experience working with senior leaders across diverse functions and global geographies including APAC and EMEA.

- Experience in a Global Capability Centre (GCC) or prominent IT/Digital Services consultancy in India.
